Comment about their picture they have, maybe this picture is of a dog that looks like yours. This may take some time, but time is of the essence, since your future is at stake here.

Are you having problems with the certain days or hours you are working. Are you happy in the certain field of work you are performing, is this your success field specialty.
Find your strong points, build on your strong points, stop wasting your time working on your weak points.
These are the things that give you the least amount of interest in your work, you would not volunteer to help in these areas if asked.
