Never Assume Stresses Hidden Identity

What is Stress in your life, have you taken the time to find this out. Alternatively, has your body already signaled you, symptom-wise.

Either way you look at stress, and wear it daily in your busy life, it is a plain burden upon your everyday routine.

Caffeine Overdose

I was consuming 6 or more cups of caffeine per day, mostly coffee, just to keep up with my busy schedule.

This was not a pretty site, since I am diabetic, my blood sugars would constantly rise after each cup of un-sweetened coffee.

Not to mention the raise in my blood pressure, which my blood pressure is normally 110/70, without excessive caffeine. What is Stress is not the real question you should be asking yourself. The real question is how do I find effective solutions to use when I am coping with stress.


What Is Stress? Is It Worth It All

Desserts

Not the type of dessert you wish to consume. Did you know that stressed spelled backwards is desserts. Unfortunately, it does not provide you with a sweet taste to enjoy.

Ask your friends and family if they are enjoying all of the anxious moments that you cannot help but share with you, and those closest to you.

Invisible burden

Can you see Stress physically, what color is it. Does this bother you, since you can only feel it's nasty effects, without seeing it.

Stress hides like some chronic disease that can suddenly appear out of nowhere, without you ever noticing it's effects upon your body.

What is Stress - Is Not The Real Question

Like cancer, which is now growing at a fast rate among the adults in the United States. The scary reality is, you will know a few people in your lifetime that will acquire cancer.

What's even scarier is today, you don't even need to have a history of cancer in your family to acquire this deadly disease.

Stress can lead to Cancer, and other serious medical conditions. I believe a lot of people just try to ignore their stress-factor, not knowing the devastating results it can and will lead to, if not properly treated. What is Stress- Don't want to know, let the sound machine answer you with soothing relief to help you sleep like a baby.

Can You Feel It Yet?

This is not your fault you feel this way, when you get so busy with your daily routine, sometimes you feel you, just don't have the time it takes to resolve this issue of stress.

On the other hand, you don't know the best solution that will work for you individually, not some one-size fits all regimen.

Maybe you are an optimist, thinking your anxiety will just go-away by itself without any outside help from anyone, or anything.

Nobody can force you into finding a stress-relief solution. You are the one who must endure the pain, the wrinkles, headaches, and all the physical and emotional symptoms that stress forces you to live with every single day.

Until you start automatically wearing and sharing your stress levels home with you. You need to analyze what level you are currently at with your anxiety. Are these negative-effects of yours painful enough for you and your love one's now to resolve.

Do you need advice from a psychiatrist, to help you get through this rough period of time. Don't feel bad there are a lot of people who seek the advice of a psychiatrist and this does not mean you are crazy.

If you find yourself getting depressed to seek the advice of a professional, they can help you. Don't wait to seek help.
