Always And Forever Believe In Yourself

Before I attended my first hypnosis seminar back in 1999, I was a skeptic regarding this subject of hypnosis. During the seminar the audience was given a wooden board 12 X 14 inches.

Everyone in the audience were hypnotized before the countdown of breaking this board into two separate pieces.

Everyone was instructed to take this board and concentrate, how we were going to break this board into two pieces with our hand, as easily as slicing butter with a knife.

Seeing Is Believing

Not everyone participated, they did not have the confidence or belief in them self. Fear, stopped them, they were afraid of breaking their hand or wrist.

A waiver was signed by everyone stating if you broke any bones, they would not be responsible for my medical bills.

This Did Not stop me from pursuing my performance of the mind. Just like it Should Not Stop You from learning self-hypnosis.

Concentrating on this board in front of me, I imagined how my hand was a solid sword, and how I was easily, going to slice through this board was the only present thought for success at that time.

I successfully split the board into two pieces. Unfortunately for the one lady, who did not concentrate and believe in herself, she broke her hand. Self-Hypnosis can be complimented by relaxing music
